Hi, I’m Nishma! 🌟
I’m a leader, a brand marketer, a creative, a storyteller, and an unapologetic lover of sequins. But more than that, I’m someone who has spent a lifetime learning how to stand out in a world that so often overlooks women like me.
For much of my career, I felt unseen. I built a personal brand not out of vanity, but necessity. I wanted to be noticed—not just for what I could do, but for who I was. I was curious to see where my talents and dreams could take me if I refused to dim my light.
Over three decades, from senior leadership at Google (leading brand and reputation marketing) to presidency at WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership), I learned the transformative power of personal branding, storytelling, and reinvention.
I discovered that being unmissable isn’t about being perfect - it’s about being unapologetically yourself, owning your story, and daring to dream bigger.
Building a strong personal brand has helped opened doors, created new adventures and helped me have a greater impact than I had imagined.
I want to share my experience of building brands, with women like you. To help you build a personal brand and achieve economic success - be it in your career or your business.
That’s why I created Glittersphere. It’s not just a platform; it’s the community I wished for - a space where women can find clarity, connection, and courage to reinvent themselves. To be your most authentic self you need to feel comfortable, and in my opinion, there is no more democratic space in the world than under the magic of a glitterball on a dance floor.

Why Glittersphere?
I’ve always been passionate about stories. They have the power to change minds, build bridges, and light the way forward. Like an artist reinvents herself with every album, I’ve reinvented myself through every twist and turn of life —motherhood, career shifts, and everything in between. Each reinvention taught me what to keep, what to let go of, and what to take into my next chapter.
That’s what Glittersphere is: a place for women to step boldly into their next chapter, shining brighter and helping others do the same.
The name says it all —a glittersphere (aka disco ball 🪩) is made up of countless tiny, sparkling fragments. Alone. they’re beautiful. Together, they create dazzling, joyful light. That’s us. A collective of ambitious women, amplifying each other’s shine and lighting up the world.
